# How-To Steps:
01 - Add cold heavy cream, chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt to a mixing bowl.
02 - Whisk or mix with an electric mixer until the mixture thickens and soft peaks form. Avoid overwhipping.
