# What You Need:

01 - 1 cup green cabbage, chopped
02 - 1 cup kale leaves, stems removed, chopped
03 - 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
04 - 1 stalk celery, chopped
→ Fruit
05 - 1 green apple, cored and chopped
06 - Juice of 1 lemon
→ Flavorings
07 - 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
08 - 1/2 cup cold water, optional for blending
# How-To Steps:
01 - Wash all produce thoroughly under running water.
02 - Prepare all ingredients as directed, chopping vegetables and fruit, peeling the cucumber, coring the apple, and peeling the ginger.
03 - If using a juicer, feed cabbage, kale, cucumber, celery, apple, ginger, and lemon juice through the juicer in sequence.
04 - If using a blender, add cabbage, kale, cucumber, celery, apple, ginger, lemon juice, and water to the blender and blend until smooth.
05 - Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag to remove pulp, if desired.
06 - Serve immediately over ice, if desired.
